Role Requirements:

Designing and drafting of control panel layout drawings as well as schematic drawings and SLD’sShould possess knowledge in the wiring standardsKnowhow of GLOBAL standards (e.g. IEC, ANSI, NFPA, BSI and CENELEC), Switchgear and component selection, type characteristic of the components.Required  Eplan P8 tool experience of minimum 3 Yrs. including Eplan database management, macros creation, assemblies, place holder objects & layouts 2D and 3D creation.Design knowledge of Electrical schematics, Controls & PLC architecture & panel design preferably from Power Generation industryBricsCad - Basic knowledge & functioning, Block modification, Template modifications, knowledge of OLE objects, View port and layout creation.Knowledge about Diesel, Gas Engines, Gensets & peripheral devicesKnowledge of selection and coordination of relays, contactors, fuses, transformers and cable sizes of the electrical system with calculations.Required knowledge of Generator, Switchgear and ATS as well as selection of component in accordance with Electrical duty cycle.Work closely with the Technical Architect to support the transition of functional design into technical design.Analyze, document and communicate end to end process documentation to stake holdersAn ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking Effective working individually and within global team environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel (USA) for project assignments as required.Analytical Skills - Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional levelAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsSocial Skills: Dependability, Versatility, Flexibility, and Teamwork
