Adecco's client is seeking a **Junior Engineer / Designer** to join their team, specializing in **HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, and power system design** . This is a direct hire, full time opportunity with benefits. **What You’ll Do** Support project design and documentation from concept through construction Perform calculations and develop design markups with oversight from senior engineers Draft and update plans in AutoCAD/Revit Assist with site visits, meetings, and construction administration Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions **What We’re Looking For** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Strong technical foundation in engineering principles or internship experience Proficiency with **AutoCAD, Revit, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint** Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth Strong communication and collaboration skills **Why Join Us?** You’ll gain **hands-on mentorship from experienced engineers** , exposure to **diverse, high-impact projects** , and the opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative, professional environment.
