Electrical Engineer role to research and develop functional specifications, technical designs, and support for the controls hardware, VFDs and motors within the Daikin Applied Vision products. What you will do:
Prepares specifications for control panel equipment to be used on Vision equipmentPrepares test and qualification plans for power electronic equipmentReviews test data from power electronic equipment to evaluate suitability and performanceSupports cross-functional meetings to review project progressSupports corrective actions to solve quality problemsSupports activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operation testing conform to UL safety certificationsWork directly with the subassemblies of the electrical equipment supporting controls products.Designs test control apparatus and equipment, and determines methods, procedures, and conditions for testing productsSupports activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirementsSupports operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systemsUses computer assisted engineering and design software and simulation to perform engineering tasksWhat’s in it for you:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent technical, scientific or engineering degree6+ years of related experienceWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:
Solidworks, AutoCAD 2D, MS Office and MS Project experienceSheet metal fabrication and assembly using state-of-art manufacturing processes, including cellular manufacturing and Demand Flow Technology

The typical salary for this position ranges from $74,200 - $120,700 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
