**Program Overview**
The **Electrical Engineering Development Program (EEDP)** is a multi-year rotational experience designed for early-career engineers who want to build a strong foundation in electrical engineering while exploring diverse career paths within Teledyne LeCroy.
**Year 1 – Factory Product and Applications Support**
Your first year will focus on learning our products and supporting both internal teams and external customers in real-world applications. You’ll:
+ Provide technical support for our test and measurement products (oscilloscopes and arbitrary waveform generators) via phone, email, customer visits, trade shows, and training courses.
+ Collaborate with Customer Service and Repair Service teams to ensure seamless support.
+ Work hands-on with electronics applications and measurement techniques.
+ Interface with Product Managers, Sales Engineers, and Design Engineering to resolve customer issues and improve product experience.
+ Learn to differentiate Teledyne LeCroy products from competitors and articulate technical advantages.
This phase builds your technical confidence and customer-facing skills while giving you a comprehensive view of our technology and operations.
**Year 2 and Beyond – Tailored Rotational Assignments**
After completing the first year, you’ll transition into a customized development path based on your interests and strengths. Options include:
+ **Manufacturing Engineering:** Focus on production processes, quality, and efficiency.
+ **Electrical Design Engineering:** Contribute to circuit design, prototyping, and new product development.
+ **Product Marketing:** Support go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
+ **Sales Engineering:** Drive technical sales initiatives and customer solutions.
Each rotation is designed to provide meaningful experience and prepare you for a long-term role within the organization.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering.
+ Strong interest in electronics and hands-on problem solving.
+ Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to create and support technical documentation.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; exposure to MATLAB, VisualBasic, or VisualC++ is a plus.
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work collaboratively.
+ Willingness to travel occasionally for training and customer visits.
+ Exposure to integration software (MATLAB, LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI) and remote control protocols (GPIB, USB, LAN, LXI) is helpful but not required.

**Salary Range:**
$72,600.00-$96,800.000
