Responsibilities + Address and resolve wire harness issues. + Design and assemble wire harnesses. + Implement process improvements related to tooling, processes, and engineering. + Collaborate with technicians, leadership, and design engineers to ensure seamless operations. Essential Skills + A minimum of 1 year in electrical engineering or manufacturing experience with a bachelor's in engineering, OR 3+ years working as an engineering technician with leadership experience, OR 1+ year of wire harness experience. + Proficiency in computer applications. + Strong communication skills. + Reliability and adherence to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with SolidWorks, Creo, and NX. + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering preferred. + Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes.
