Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. + 4–8 years of relevant experience in building electrical systems design. + Proficiency in electrical engineering software tools (e.g., SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, or similar). + Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD. + Understanding of applicable codes and design standards (NEC, NFPA, IES, etc.). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage tasks independently and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams.
