Job Title: Electrical Systems Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Electrical Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and validating electrical components and systems, supporting product development, driving innovation, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance our industry-leading products and processes. Responsibilities + Gather requirements, define technical specifications, and communicate internally and externally for component and system design. + Develop and execute validation procedures to ensure feature set and quality standards are met. + Execute component design release processes, including drawing and design approvals. + Support released products through cost reduction efforts, quality improvements, and engineering changes. + Investigate and drive cutting-edge technologies to enhance products and processes. + Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering. + 5+ years of experience in electronics/electrical engineering. + Expertise in analog & digital circuitry design and application. + Ability to read schematics, analyze component data sheets, and operate electrical test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes). + Experience with Electrical CAD tools such as Altium and/or Cadence. + Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with hardware/software developers, project managers, and external stakeholders. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong technical communication skills with internal and external teams. + Fluent in written and verbal English. + Ability to validate solutions using data-driven methods. + Expertise in creating test methods and systems for validation and integration. + Ability to co-develop solutions across engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, embedded software). + Basic programming skills (Python and/or C++) for electrical test equipment preferred. + Knowledge of global electronics suppliers and supply chains is a plus. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
