Electrical Engineer
Job Title: Electrical EngineerJob Description The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for researching, designing, and leading the development of new products, as well as sustaining engineering programs. Responsibilities + Conduct research and design for new product development. + Lead development projects and manage sustaining engineering programs. + Troubleshoot and identify components such as transistors, resistors, and diodes. + Utilize test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs. + Apply programming skills in languages such as C and VB. Essential Skills + Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics. + 0-1 years of related industry experience in electrical/electronics engineering. + Proficiency in analog and digital circuitry. + Experience with RF test equipment and S-Parameter characterization. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of electronic components and circuit boards. + Strong troubleshooting skills to component level. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Willingness to learn and adapt. Work Environment The company has approximately 100 employees, with an engineering team of 8 members across various disciplines including quality, manufacturing, software, mechanical, and electrical engineering. The work environment offers one-on-one training under expert guidance, providing a supportive and growth-oriented team atmosphere in a small, family-owned company. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $31.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
