Job Description

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Designing the following electrical components and interconnects: digital, FPGA, analog circuit.Engaging in all phases of new product introduction, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service supportIdentifying and developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives and Common Technology initiatives in the MR Product lineEnsuring reliability, performance, and delivery through supplier relationships

Basic Qualifications:

BS in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience3 years electrical or digital design experienceFamiliar with electrical and digital testing equipment (Oscilloscope, Power meter, SPA…).Familiar with PWA/PWB and subsystem design techniques for signal integrity, EMC design and simulation tool. (Cadence, PSPICE …)Familiar with digital design and simulation tools. (Quartus, ModelSim, Matlab, …)

Desired Characteristics:

MS or PhD in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years experiences on electronics R&D in healthcare, automation, or telecommunication industryDemonstrated technical depth in electrical design.Familiar with control loop design.Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-taskExcellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skillsStrong sense of ownershipAbility to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targetsExcellent oral and written communication skills, and global project experienceUnderstand design process well
