Principal Electrical Engineer

What You’ll Do

As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will:

Lead hardware strategy, architecture, and planning for new and existing products.Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams in new product development and sustaining engineering.Design and develop PCBA-based hardware for products using optical, electrochemical, and wireless/wired communication technologies.Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware/firmware integration.Conduct schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation, and risk analysis (e.g., DFMEA).Support verification, validation, and root cause analysis for product quality.Drive Agile hardware development processes and contribute to roadmap planning.What You Bring

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in PCBA design.Strong experience with microcontrollers (MCUs).

Preferred:
