Role Expectations

The Electrical Engineer, 

Delivers the Technical scope

Makes robust electrical schemes according to the timing, budget and quality of the projects assigned

Assist Leads

Focus on developing their technical skills

The typical Engineering activities include,

Development / update of electrical schemesSafety & Compliance StudiesDocumentation & Compliance On-Site Support

Details of the Engineering Scope of Work:

Development/update of electrical schemes

Develop electrical schemes

Update existing schemes

Standards design

Safety & Compliance

Perform risk assessments

Performance level calculations

On-site checklist

Documentation & Compliance

Develop electrical documentation, including:

User manuals.

BOM & schemes

Technical data

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices.

On-Site Support

Travel to customer sites for debugging and machine qualification.

Additionally, the role requires the following experience, 

Participate in concept development to obtain the best quality, cost and deadline.Stay up to date with technological advances and new products.Review self-work and peer workCreate design documentation, manuals etc.

Examples of Engineering deliverables:

Schematic drawings, Material list, sizing calcultaions, reports.

User manuals and technical documentation.

Electrical diagram design software, preferably EPLANStrong computer skillsStrong ability to read and analyse electrical schemes Solid electrical knowledge in complex technical drive systems and in electrical cabinets designKnowledge of Machine Directive and other industrial equipment safety rulesTechnical documentation (drawings, specifications, etc.)Working experience in an international teamGreen Belt 6-Sigma Certification / Experience – Good to haveFluent in English, both written and spokenFlexible to travel Knowledge of Spanish, Polish, Chinese or German will be positively valuedSoftware ToolsEplan
