Description
• Strong understanding of power electronics topologies and control.
• Review schematic, PCB designs, calculation and simulation of power electronics converters.
• Conduct the verification and validation tests for power electronics systems, ensuring compliance with industry and requirements.
• Strong hands-on and trouble-shooting skills in testing and verifications of power electronics systems, including the use of lab equipment (battery simulators, power supplies, E-loads, scope, etc.).
• Capability to analysis the root-cause of the power electronics system and drive R&D activities independently.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
M. S degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in power electronics development and testing.
• Solid understanding power electronics fundamentals.
• Knowledge of automotive requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
