Job Title: Electrical Engineer

ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical design calculations for low/medium voltage power distribution systems, lighting, security/fire systems, and data/telecommunications systems.Conduct site investigations and coordinate project assignments with other Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers.Review and recommend changes to drawings supplied by vendors, clients, engineers, and architects.Assign drafting tasks to REVIT/CAD Operators and manage workloads.Manage the construction administration phase of projects.Estimate hours for tasks to assist in resource allocation.Essential SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Autodesk REVIT/AutoCAD.Advanced planning of electrical power and distribution systems.Ability to interpret Architectural and Engineering documentsProficient in writing and editing project specifications.Advanced understanding of Building Codes.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.Registration as a Professional Engineer.Work Environment

This position requires working in an office environment as well as visiting work sites when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $70.00/hr.
