Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit for electrical design. + Professional Engineer (PE) certification. + Strong client-facing communication skills. + Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in civic design, particularly for prisons, jails, K-12 schools, and the public sector. + Familiarity with government projects. Work Environment You will work on-site five days a week, with occasional site visits required. The standard work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility based on client needs, allowing for variable lunch breaks. The role reports to operations and involves oversight of a small team under 20 people, collaborating with a Lead Electrical Engineer.
