Amentum is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our component engineering group supporting our key Government customer. This exciting opportunity will support multiple projects across the Department of Defense (DoD) with system parts, planning, testing, and analysis. The Electrical Engineer will work alongside project leads to ensure program success, and mentor junior engineers.
The unique test site we support is perpetually in a state of planning, integration, and test execution. This fast-paced program requires initiative, teamwork, and the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels. The team is multi-organizational, and roles span from senior program managers to engineers, to on-site technicians, logistics, budget, and everything in-between. It is, therefore, critical for this role to be able to communicate complex ideas to a broad and occasionally non-technical audience in support of program priorities.
The environment demands attention to detail while never losing site of the big picture, in short, execution within the broader strategy.
