Responsible for the electrical engineering of TIC, APS and Building Blocks, electrical component localization and product failure analysis.负责牵引主辅逆，功率模块等产品的电气工程处理; 电气件选型，国产化和产品失效分析。1. Be responsible for electrical engineering processes. E.g. diagrams, harness, electrical components... 负责产品的电气工程处理。例如：电气原理图，线束，电气件选型等。 2. Adapt the HQ products in order to fulfill the domestic customer's requirements or standards. Continuously optimize the products to enhance quality or reduce cost. 调整总部的产品设计，以满足国内客户需求或国家标准要求。持续优化产品设计以提高质量或减少成本。3. Support localization of electrical components such as IGBT module, contactor, electric reactor, PCB cards, harness and so on. 支持对电气元件的国产化例如IGBT模块，接触器，电抗器、PCB 板、线束等。4. Support Test Engineer for product failures during testing and support Service for the failure analysis.支持测试工程师解决测试中的产品问题，并支持客户服务进行失效分析。5. Support other functions (incl. Offer, PM, QM, sales), and other organizations (e.g. SMTB, ZXTM, ZDRE, CN authorities…) about technical questions. 就技术问题，支持其他职能（含报价、项目、质量、销售），和其它机构（例如：西门子交通北京，纵西、智道、国家权威机构等）。6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.完成上级交办的其它任务。
Position Requirement:职位要求：
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or Automation. 本科以上学历，电气工程或自动化专业。2. More than 5-year experience in converter engineering/design/test of related manufacturing industry. Experience in the railway industry is preferred. 5年以上变流器相关的工程/设计/测试经验，有轨道交通行业相关经验优佳。       3. Be familiar with know-how, theories, and standards of converter. 熟悉变流器的产品知识，理论和标准。4. Be familiar with structure and functions of electrical components, be competent with component selection and product failure analysis. 熟悉电气件（如IGBT，接触器，电抗器、PCB 板、线束等）的结构及工作原理，具备选型及失效分析的能力。5. Strong learning ability, cooperation intentions and be available to business trip. 具有较强的学习能力及合作意愿, 并且能够适应出差。6. Basic communication skill in English and Chinese. 基本的中英文沟通能力。
