We’re looking for a driven and creative Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer to bring innovation and precision to our building construction projects. What You’ll Do:

Engineer cutting-edge electrical systems for dynamic building projects.Collaborate with talented engineers and designers using AutoCAD and REVIT.Dive into design calculations and code research to ensure top-tier solutions.Engage directly with clients to shape design concepts and craft system specifications.Represent the team in project interviews and help build lasting client relationships.Keep projects on track and on time with strong schedule management.Coordinate with teammates and translate meeting insights into actionable drawings.Produce high-quality schematic, design development, and construction documents.

What You Bring:

1+ years of hands-on experience in Electrical Design within MEP environments.Mastery of AutoCAD and REVIT.Confidence to lead projects independently from concept to completion.Experience in construction administration for electrical systems.Excellent communication skills and a knack for client engagement.A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously.

Bonus Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.Deep understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.A commitment to quality and team success.Formal education is a plus, but not required—your skills and passion matter most.

Work Environment:Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule—three days in the office, two days remote. Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with options to start and finish earlier to suit your lifestyle.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
