This entry-level role will support the Strategic Defense Solutions (SDS) portfolio, with a focus on the Mission Management team responsible for secure voice and networking communication systems for military applications. You will contribute to the design and development of an aircraft-certified end instrument for use across all Mission Management. This position will sit at our **Aguadilla, PR** location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as **hybrid** , with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager. **What YOU will do:** + Assist in the design and development of secure communication products, including System on Chip (SoC)/System on Module (SoM), microcontrollers, and FPGA-based systems. + Support schematic capture and electronics packaging efforts under the guidance of senior engineers. + Help create and update technical documentation, such as Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Source Control Drawings (SCDs). + Participate in design reviews and team meetings to ensure alignment with program requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. + Learn and apply best practices in hardware design and development processes. **What YOU will learn:** + You will learn about our growing engineering team in Puerto Rico; What we do?
