Electrical/Controls Manager

Summary: Seeking an Electrical/Controls Manager with expertise in electrical design and team management to lead engineering projects in the construction and metallurgical industries.

Requirements:

Engineering degree with electrical background

Experience with US and international electrical standards

Proficiency in Autocad Electrical for drawing and BOM review

Managing experience of at least 3 engineers

Preferred Skills:

Programming experience

Familiarity with Eplan software

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the electrical and commissioning teams

Prepare project task lists and ensure timely decisions

Ensure accuracy of electrical drawings

Participate in electrical design and make corrections as needed

Oversee project schedules, requiring up to 30% travel

Develop engineers individually and enhance team spirit

Manage department administrative tasks

Hire, review, and manage personnel

Organize resources including hardware, software, and external contractors

Pay: 110K-150K

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
