Electrical Control Technician

This position involves the fabrication, assembly, wiring, installation, and testing of electrical control panels and junction boxes used in industrial equipment. You'll work directly from blueprints and electrical schematics to layout components, perform precise wiring, mount control panels onto equipment, and ensure full system functionality through hands-on testing. Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Interpret and work from electrical prints, diagrams, and schematics. + Layout and mount components to back panels and enclosures. + Perform point-to-point wiring of all components, including relays, breakers, terminal blocks, and wire harnesses. + Install control panels onto industrial equipment or machinery. + Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting to verify correct operation. + Use hand tools and electrical tools (e.g., wire strippers, drills, multimeters). + Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols. **Qualifications:** + 2+ yrs. experience with electrical assembly and reading wiring diagrams / blueprints + Familiarity with wire harnessing, cable routing, and panel layout best practices + Ability to use electrical hand tools and basic test equipment (e.g., multimeter) + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team + Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to meet production deadlines TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
