Electrical Commercial and Service Delivery

 

Location: Manchester or Birmingham – Hybrid Working

 

Salary: Up to £30,000k (DOE) + commission OTE up to £5k per annum + Up to 12% Pension, Health Care, and other Flexible benefits

 

 

Role purpose:

 

An integral part of our Bureau Veritas strategy to enable growth.  The successful candidate will win renewable contracts and upsell into our current clients and support Service Delivery as part of the Electrical Business Unit Plan.

 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Raise proposals for Electrical renewal contracts before due date

 

Contact clients to establish appropriate decision makers

 

Ensuring that the client has been educated on the appropriate specifications and written confirmation before proposal is released

 

Contact clients to review experience with Bureau Veritas

 

Escalate any “Orders under Threat” to the business

 

Ensure that the “Renewals Procedure” is being followed to ensure accuracy of outgoing proposals and increasing the overall “win” rate.

 

Maximize the OP on every contract quoted.

 

Generating Upselling business in line with the Business plan

 

Following up with clients to explore wider opportunities in other locations

 

Work details are comprehensively completed for all years of the contract(s).

 

Chasing client for PO’s before work is due on subsequent years.

 

Participating in weekly “Contract Issue” calls to progress any contracts that are not moving according to agreed KPI’s.

 

Adding an action in CRM for any lost orders, so that BV get a chance to quote on the next renewal.

 

Work flexibly within the team and assist colleagues when necessary, suggesting ways in which work systems and processes can be improved so that the overall team performance is enhanced.

 

Support the Service Delivery for Key Accounts as required on an ad hoc basis.

 

Work closely with the Senior Account Manager, BDM’s, Regional and Area Managers, to ensure effective information on renewal dates, terms and relationship management.  Ensure that all renewals that are won are entered into Sales Force with correct client details, and renewal terms

 

 

 

Deliverables:

 

To ensure that deadlines are met whilst considering profitability and contract retention. Generate Upselling business in line with the Business Plan Provide support as required for the Service Delivery of Key Accounts. Overtime will be required on an ad hoc basis.

 

 

 

Experience & Skills Required:

Demonstrable background within Commercial Sales Strong Stakeholder Management and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues, both written and verbal Excellent understanding and experience with Microsoft packages including Excel Previous experience successfully achieving KPI’s A can-do attitude Ability to be agile and work autonomously Resilient and Tenacious with a results mindset

 

 

Qualifications Required:

5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths and English
