Inspects results to ensure conformance + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. + Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection. + Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** High School Diploma or GED and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience + Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings. + Ability to become solder certified + Effective communication and team work + Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team A passion for learning/knowledge **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experienced in electronic assembly 3 years + IPC-610/620 Certifications + Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017 + Solder Reflow experience **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $35559 - $56894 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
