**Job Title: Electrical Assembler** **Job Description** Join a leading global manufacturer in the aviation and aerospace industries as an Electrical Assembler. In this role, you will contribute to the assembly of large industrial aerospace units by handling electrical components and wiring. **Responsibilities** + Assemble electrical components and wiring equipment using tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, soldering irons, splicing tools, and crimping tools. + Read and interpret drawings and sketches accurately. + Maintain a daily time log of work done on manufacturing and/or production travelers. + Complete other assigned duties as needed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months of electrical experience in some capacity. + Ability to take accurate measurements with a tape measure and use a multimeter. + Experience of at least 6 months using hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical inclination and experience in assembly, blueprint reading, or automotive work are beneficial. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers tremendous growth potential in a company that is a market leader due to 60 years of continuous investment in engineering and innovation. Jeans and a shirt are suitable attire, but a uniform will be provided within a month. Steel-toed boots are required. The work environment can be busy and dynamic as teams collaborate to meet project deadlines. Tools are provided for the job. Shifts are available from Monday to Friday, with the first shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and the second shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, along with overtime opportunities, especially during busy seasons. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, Connecticut **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
