We’re looking for skilled Wire Harness Assemblers to join our growing team in Centennial, Colorado. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in assembly, wiring, or electronics who thrive in a hands-on, detail-oriented setting.

💵CompensationPay Range: $22–$27/hour (Depending on Experience)🛠️Key ResponsibilitiesReview traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)Inspect incoming materials for damage or defectsCut, de-jacket, and strip cablesLoad connectors, apply labels, and perform heat shrinkingAssemble wire harnesses using a board and detailed instructionsSign off on completed work ordersSafely package materials and ensure proper identificationMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety protocols and report any hazardsAdhere to work schedule and maintain punctuality✅Required SkillsProficiency with hand tools, measuring equipment, and stripping/crimping machinesAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityGood vision and hearing requiredFamiliarity with IPC 620 standards (preferred)🌟Preferred ExperienceExperience in assembly, blueprint reading, soldering, wiring, and labelingExperience in aerospace, aviation, or electronicsMechanical assembly and schematic interpretation🚀Why Join Us?Be part of a team that values precision, safety, and innovation. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
