Job Description
As the Electrical and Controls Engineering Manager, you will work for a leader in industrial automation and control systems, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to clients globally across various industries. You will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, including Electrical Engineers and Controls Engineers, to deliver innovative, high-quality, and compliant electrical and control solutions. This leadership role involves ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, maintaining engineering standards, driving innovation, and delivering projects on time and within budget while adhering to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
ResponsibilitiesBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 6+ years of experience in electrical and controls engineering, including at least 2+ years in a managerial role.Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) and programming platforms (e.g., Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, EcoStruxure, Ignition).Deep understanding of electrical principles, power distribution, controls, and regulatory standards (e.g., NEC, UL508a).Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment and is an onsite role. Engineering and manufacturing are in the same location. No travel is required, but there will be opportunities for someone to travel to a project if they would like to. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
