**Electrical Administrator (AD01) – Low Voltage / Access Control Projects** **Location:** Remote (WA-based preferred) | Travel: Up to 20% **Job Type:** Contract **Compensation:** $75,000 – $100,000 per year (DOE, negotiable) **About the Role:** We’re hiring a **Washington State–licensed Electrical Administrator (AD01)** to support our growing portfolio of low-voltage access control installations in multi-family dwellings (MDUs) across the state. These smart systems enable secure Amazon deliveries and resident access automation. This is a **compliance and oversight role** —not a hands-on installation position.
