Electrical Account Manager
Job Description A client in the San Antonio area is looking for an Electrical Account Manager to join their team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing small to mid-size electrical projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. This role involves coordinating scheduling and resources, preparing quotes, and supporting business development efforts. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts for electrical service calls, repairs, and special projects, serving as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, and coordinating with field supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors to schedule labor and materials. You will also prepare quotes and estimates, conduct site visits to scope work and ensure client satisfaction, track and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and proactively follow up with clients to identify future work opportunities. Skills and Requirements • 6 + years of experience in electrical service or construction account/project management • Someone who has a San Antonio customer base (GC, Hospitals, Facilities, Higher education, retail, etc) • Ability to work in a fast paced environment – managing 7+ projects at a time, valuation under 500,000 in a 2 to 3 month turn around • Strong understanding of electrical systems, service work, and construction site processes – specific to commercial, government, retail, or K-12 clients • Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Accubid, 4 clicks, Procore, or similar platforms), project management software Microsoft Office Suite. • Journeyman Electrician License or similar field experience. • Experience in client relationship management and business development
