Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical system design from concept through commissioning

Oversee medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems, emergency power systems (UPS/Generator), and critical infrastructure

Manage interface between building electrical systems and process equipment

Prepare and review technical specifications, single-line diagrams (SLD), load calculations, and design documentation

Perform electrical load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and protection coordination studies

Review contractor submittals and respond to RFIs during construction phase

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design standards and electrical codes

Participate in commissioning activities and validate system performance and reliability

Ensure compliance with local regulations, NFPA, NEC, and applicable safety standards

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers, architects, project managers, and client stakeholders

Requirements

Strong English Communication Skills required (speaking & writing)

Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical facilities management

Must hold at least one relevant license such as Electrical Engineer

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required

Experience in cleanroom construction or maintenance is preferred.
