Develops Company technology development strategies and integrates product specifications into technology strategiesSupports development of technical aspects of critical proposalsLeads development of Company make/buy strategy for electronic productsDevelops, designs and conducts research that results in new product offerings or business opportunitiesRepresents the Company in industry research and development activity related various aspects of electronic products design, manufacture and testWorks independentlyThis position is Onsite. Active Top Secret/SCIBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer scienceLevel 6: 20+ years of experience leading or working similar projects or teams with a Bachelor’s OR combination of technical education and work-related experience with a MastersHands-on experience in RF analog circuit designExperience supporting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) or Electronic Warfare (EW) operations..
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
Experience developing payloads for RF applicationsExperience with Digital and Analog interface designTypical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, or physics (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
