This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the ELSPSB-MS in Guangzhou.
You will be mainly accountable for:Sells products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to pro-vide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience.Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers. Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
Qualifications for the role Bachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is pre-ferred)At least 3 year’s sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency with digital capa-bility & knowhow; At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) projectStrong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrityResult driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork.Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
