Job Responsibilities 1. To ensure all digital CAFs are processed as per eKYC guidelines given
by DoT.
2. To validate and verify details of customers,Photo upload based on
digital CAFs received through eKYC process
3. Clearance of AO bucket in Activation platform
4. Approval or rejection of CAFs within TAT
5. Ensure all CAFS are approved as per defined SLA
Any graduation
Experience RequirementMinimum 1 Years - Maximum 2 Years
Skills & Competencies 1. Experience on customer onboarding process in Telecom
2. Knowledge on E-KYC and KYC norms
3. Familiar with different Quality Assurance/Management methodologies
specific to customer service management
