Job Summary: Key Job Responsibilities
The Cardiovascular Non-invasive Tech Coordinator will demonstrate proficiency in assisting physicians with
exercise treadmill testing, stress echocardiography, EKG's late potential, holter monitor hook-up and scanning,
King of Hearts event monitoring, hook up and downloading blood pressure monitoring devices. The incumbent
will connect patient to event recorders and receive telemetry data. The Coordinator will have thorough working
knowledge of all equipment used in the above procedures, will set up room and prepare patient, and maintain all
necessary equipment. In addition, the coordinator will serve in a lead / coordinative role by preparing work
schedules, assist with staff training, and provide general administrative assistance in day-to-day department
operations.

Qualifications

Education: 

High School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical school graduate as a cardiovascular technician or certificate of completion from equivalent training program required 

Certifications/Licensure

Basic Life Support from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required

Experience: 

Minimum of 1 year of  Cardiovascular Technician experience in a Medical Center required
