Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an EKG Tech, you will perform diagnostic electrocardiograms (EKGs) to assess cardiac function.

Every day you will prepare patients, explain procedures, and accurately operate EKG machines to record heart activity, ensuring comfort and high-quality readings.

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, meticulous data collection, and excellent patient communication, contributing to accurate cardiac diagnostics.

Performs computer assisted EKG's, transfers data. Edits EKG reportsApplies/removes and scans holter monitorsProcesses Results of Tran telephonic Reports - Assigns and EvaluatesAssists the MD/RN during patient diagnostic testing procedures as requestedRetrieves necessary equipment and supplies for patient diagnostic testingAssists in patient/equipment preparation
