Dazzler by Wyndham is now seeking a Ejecutivo de Reservas to join our team at Dazzler by Wyndham Buenos Aires San Martin in Buenos Aires City, Argentina.

Propósito

Es responsable de informar, vender y generar la reserva cumpliendo las políticas y procedimientos logrando una mayor rentabilidad de las habitaciones y una excelente atención para los clientes del grupo.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades

Contestar cualquier pedido de reserva o información de manera puntual y profesional

Conocer todas las características de habitaciones, sus ubicaciones y servicios del hotel

Enviar cotizaciones y confirmaciones en función de los estándares de Wyndham

Mantener actualizada la estructura tarifaría

Mantener e informar las diferentes promociones

Tomar todos los datos e información necesaria para todas las reservas según las políticas y procedimientos del Grupo

Cumplir con los cupos destinados a cada segmento del mercado, cliente y nivel de tarifa de acuerdo a la temporalidad y demanda

Educación y experiencia

Estudios secundarios completos, estudiantes cursando primeros años de hotelería o carreras afines

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares

Inglés avanzado

Comunicación eficaz

Orientación al cliente

Actitud de servicio y venta

Negociación

Organización y planificación

Manejo de Software
