Responsibilities The Opportunity The Commercialization Sr. Analyst is responsible for supporting the Director in partnering with all functions at multiple levels to deliver end-to-end execution for innovation and program activation. This role closely partners with marketing, supply chain, and a broader commercial team to deliver the annual operating plan for their designated brands. Your Impact As Commercialization Sr. Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Deliver the annual net revenue plan. Lead the commercial activation and integration of Playbook programing with the brand partners. Responsible for creation, accuracy and timeliness of Playbook sell sheets in conjunction with the brand team Support the development of initiative forecast- supporting analytics (proxy measures, etc.) Interact with internal Brand Teams and teams in Task Force to deliver on key process documentation and tasks to ensure seamless progression. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience Undergraduate Degree, Business/Marketing/Engineering preferred Advanced English language proficiency, both written and oral communication Advanced skills on Microsoft Suit, especially Excel Preferred Experience: 2+ years prior Commercial/Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain experience Strong analytical and communication skills Proven success gaining cross-functional alignment, and ability to influence to gain project / commercial support Experience and strong leadership capabilities in collaborating with other functional partners, specifically with Sales, Brand, Supply Chain, Finance & Packaging R&D in directing activities towards goals Additional skills Deciding & Initiating Action – Self Starter with high Drive for results Influencing & Strong interpersonal skills: ability to influence people internally at all levels of organization; Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, and influence to drive the growth agenda by developing and cultivating relationships Experience and strong leadership capabilities in collaborating with other functional partners, specifically with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance & Packaging R&D in directing activities towards goals Strategic Problem Solving: Exceptional strategic thinking, entrepreneurial style, and optimistic outlook to bring creativity and solution-orientation to tackle challenging business problems Ability to multitask and keep initiatives moving forward by setting & managing the commercialization agenda Direct and Warehouse go-to-market experience preferred If this opportunity interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
