9.1 Job Responsibilities

9.1.1 Responsible for production site command and production status management, track production progress,

and ensure that all production plans are completed on time;

9.1.2 Coordinate human resources in combination with production, and promote the team to continuously

improve various performance indicators;

9.1.3 Production efficiency improvement and optimization;

9.1.4 Quality management, improve the quality level, ensure that all team members work according to the

documents;

9.1.5 Responsible for cost control, including but not limited to the control of personnel, working hours, auxiliary

materials and scrap;

9.1.6 Team personnel training and development, improve team morale, ensure that all operators are strictly

trained and certified;
 

9.1.7 Cross-departmental and team communication and coordination;
 

9.1.8 Production site management (5S,EHS,discipline etc.), maintain the work site 5S to meet the standard

requirements;

9.1.9 Lean production and continuous improvement and innovation, identifying creative ways to reduce costs by

streamlining processes and systems;
 

9.1.10 Provide digital solutions, on-site execution and process analysis;
 

9.1.11 Staff care:Care about the life and work status of employees, timely solve the problems of employees,

and promote team building.
 

9.1.12 Perform other duties according to the instructions of manufacturing manager/production line manager

and workshop manager, and obey other tasks assigned by superior supervisor;

9.2 Job Content

9.2.1 Cross-departmental communication/coordination: work coordination with various departments, functions

and superiors and subordinates, problem feedback/reporting/abnormal follow-up, etc.; Secure all smooth

information, coordinate resources, solve problems, promote team cooperation, achieve goals, improve

work efficiency;

9.2.2 Data analysis and optimization: Provide, analyze and improve production-related data, such as OLE/

WIP/Scrap/Shop Supply/ working hour data sorting and analysis; To improve decision accuracy, reduce

costs, optimize business processes, and ensure efficient operation of production processes;
 

9.2.3 Information transfer and communication: Information transfer and communication with various

departments, functions and superiors and subordinates (such as morning and evening class meetings,

training, etc.); In order to achieve sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, coordinating action, solving

problems, accurate flow of information, promoting cooperation and understanding, and achieving

common goals;
 

9.2.4 lean management and improvement: on-site inspection, find improvement opportunities, collect on-site

lean/DF and other related improvement comments/suggestions, process sorting, Lean/DF solutions are

provided to comprehensively improve production efficiency and cost effectiveness, promote excellence

and sustainable development;
 

9.2.5 Shop floor management and optimization: shop floor execution and implementation management of

people/ materials /5S/EHS and other work, shop floor supervision, inspection and audit follow up and

improve the problems found, such as IPQA,5S, EHS, etc. Ensure efficient collaboration of workshop

people, orderly flow of materials, strictly implement 5S and EHS standards, improve the overall

production efficiency and safety level through supervision and inspection;
 

9.2.6 People care/ team development: humanistic care (tea talk, staff communication, interview etc.), team

building ; To enhance employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, enhance team cohesion and

creativity, and jointly promote the sustainable/healthy development of the team;
 

9.2.7 Performance management: tracking the achievement of various production and operation indicators and

solving abnormal problems; To improve production efficiency, optimize resource allocation and

production achieve goals and drive employee growth;

9.2.8 Self and team development: Establish a team of others at all levels, responsible for the identification and

implementation of staff training needs, supervise the development of staff skills/knowledge provide

opportunities for professional development of team members; To ensure the construction of a solid talent

echelon, team members have the required expertise and skills to meet production needs, business

changes, to achieve the common growth of individual and team capabilities, to promote the development

of the organization;

9.2.9 Digitalization: Promote the implementation and implementation of digitalization; Ensure the digital

execution and implementation of the jurisdiction, and use digital thinking to solve problems;

9.2.10 Quality control: Supervise product quality testing, deal with quality problems in time, improve staff quality

awareness, and reduce the rate of defective products through continuous improvement; Ensure that

production processes meet quality standards and products meet customer needs;

9.2.11 Document /JOS review and implementation (e.g. timely delivery and implementation of CAC KPI);  Ensure that all members work according to the latest standards of documentation, the shop floor

           production is in line with the process, no IPQA problems, and the production is normal and efficient.

9.2.12 Undertake and obey other work tasks assigned by superiors, Ensure quality, quantity and timely

Completion.
