EID Intern - CF34 Engineering Program Management
**Job Description Summary** We are looking for a motivated student seeking a challenging internship in the Aviation industry. In this role you will be involved in projects execution and support to team initiatives through data analysis and project management improvements. The selected candidate will assist in problem-solving projects, action plans, and ensure timely communication. Autonomous work and a genuine interest and passion for learning and applying knowledge in challenging projects with real business impact is essential. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Collect and analyze data for assigned project. + Support the enhancement of the team workload management system + Provide proposals to improve funding management + Support the team on the development of Problem-Solving projects and Action Plans + Support the team on the development of assigned project. + Provide timely communication on significant issues to key stakeholders. + Self-check of work **Qualification / Requirements** + Student of industrial engineering, mechanical administration engineering or related fields. + Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. + English skills: must be able to maintain a simple conversation in English. + Presentation skills: ability to communicate with Senior Leadership. + Demonstrated ability in managing own projects. + Effective problem identification and solution skills. + Proven analytical and organizational abilities. + Accountable and strong learning/continuous improvement mindset + Open team player and strong interpersonal skills + Experience with visual management tools is a plus. + Full-time job: 40 hours per week + In-person work is required at GEIQ offices in Queretaro, Mex **Desired Characteristics** + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No GE Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
