Position Description – Working Student Industrial & Logistics
Location: Eindhoven (with occasional travel within the Netherlands)
Hours: 16–24 hours per week
Supporting: Industrial & Logistics – Occupier Services & Leasing
About the Role
As a Working Student within the Industrial & Logistics team, you will provide direct daily support to Consultants who advises clients on industrial and logistics real estate. You play a key role in preparing analyses, reports, market research and client meetings.
This role is ideal for a student who is analytically strong, enjoys working with data, and is curious about the commercial real estate sector. You will gain hands‑on experience by assisting with research tasks and occasionally joining client meetings or site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Data Processing & AnalysisCollect, structure and process market data, property information and transaction details in Excel, PowerPoint and internal systems.Research & Investigations
Conduct desk research, benchmark comparisons, location analyses and availability scans of industrial/logistics properties.Report & Presentation Preparation
Support the creation of slides, summaries, market insights and materials for client proposals and advice reports.Join Client Meetings
Occasionally participate in client appointments, site visits or internal project sessions to support the consultant and develop your understanding of the field.Administrative & Operational Support
Organize documentation, prepare files and ensure information is structured and up‑to‑date.Market Monitoring
Track developments in the industrial and logistics real estate sector, including trends, new supply, and market movements.
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master programme (Real Estate, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or similar).Strong analytical skills and a proactive, structured way of working.Enjoys working with data and conducting detailed research.Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint (PowerBI is a plus).Professional communication skills in English and Dutch.Available 16–24 hours per week alongside your studie.Willing to travel occasionally for meetings within the Netherlands.Preferably able to work regularly from our Eindhoven office.What We Offer
