In this role, you will work alongside senior project managers to support the delivery of commercial fit‑out, refurbishment, and development projects. You will contribute to feasibility work, technical assessments, budgeting, time planning, procurement coordination, project documentation and stakeholder communication.
You will participate in client meetings and site visits, gaining practical experience in how we manage quality, cost and time on behalf of tenants, landlords and developers. The role provides exposure to both the technical aspects of construction projects and the commercial side of consulting, giving you insight into client needs, communication, and business‑driven project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support project managers in day‑to‑day project tasks across fit‑out, refurbishment, interior design and relocation projectsAssist with feasibility studies, technical analyses and collection of project dataContribute to cost tracking, scheduling and project planningSupport procurement activities, including preparation of tender documents and follow‑up with suppliers and contractorsPrepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes and progress reportsParticipate in site visits, project meetings and coordination activities with consultants and stakeholdersHelp ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, sustainability requirements, and client expectationsQualifications
Currently studying engineering, architecture, construction, real estate, or a related field (year 3 or higher preferred)Strong analytical, technical and organizational skillsGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with CAD, BIM or visualization tools is an advantageStrong communication skills in Swedish and EnglishInterest in project management, design, construction, and the commercial real estate sectorWhat We Offer
