About the role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Real Estate Valuation Services team. This internship offers valuable industry exposure and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful real estate projects.
 

Key Responsibilities

Valuation Services

To undertake valuation assignments as part of a team

Valuation will include and will not be limited to valuation of assets, especially for residential & real estate property as and when required

Conducting site/ buildings visits and reviewing building information.

Conduct market research of Valuation assignments across Singapore, analyze and organize information for valuation purposes

Support in writing valuation reports and other consultancy reports including market advisory

Build up the internal database on Singapore economic indicator and Real Estate market situation
 

About You:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and has completed modules within property valuation

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
