EIC Intern - Human Resources

Job Description Summary

In this internship, you’ll work across multiple HR workstreams — from employee engagement and internal communications to policy centralization and HR systems enhancement. You’ll contribute to real change projects, sharpen your problem-solving skills, and help build tools and processes that improve how HR delivers value to the business.

Job Description

Employee Experience & Engagement

Assist with planning and coordination of employee engagement and change management activities

Support communication and branding efforts for internal HR campaigns and updates

Help with logistics and preparation for learning and training initiatives
 

HR Operations & Policy Review

Support the consolidation and organization of HR documents, policies, and templates

Assist in ensuring consistency and clarity across internal HR resources

Coordinate with HR teams to identify outdated materials and track updates
 

Systems & Process Improvements

Provide support in documenting and reviewing HR processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement efforts

Assist in data organization and tracking of HR-related tasks and workflows

About You

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field.

Strong communication with a flair for creative writing and visual design.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) and Excel formulas is a plus.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and improving HR processes.
