About the role

Interested in how finance teams keep the numbers accurate and the business running smoothly? Join our Finance Controllership team and get hands-on exposure to core accounting processes, reporting cycles, and internal controls. As an intern, you’ll support real work across month-end close, reconciliations, and audit processes.

This role is suited for students who are comfortable working with numbers, detail-oriented, and keen to understand how finance operates in a real business environment. You’ll build a solid foundation in accounting workflows and see how finance supports day-to-day operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations

Assist with audit requests, data gathering, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and help resolve any discrepancies

Support finance projects, reporting, and analysis as required by the team

Work with business units to ensure revenue is recorded accurately and in line with guidelines

Contribute to process improvements, including the use of digital tools and automation

Assist in documenting and updating finance processes and workflows
 

About You:

Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

Curious about how finance actually works in a real business environment

Comfortable working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets

Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to accounting systems is a plus

This role will be based at our Chai Chee HQ
