This summer internship supports a top performing Capital Markets Investment Sales broker team in Bellevue. You’ll work closely with brokerage support, marketing, and research teams to keep deals, marketing efforts, and client service on track.

You’ll gain hands on exposure to the full investment sales lifecycle through real assignments that require problem solving and ownership. The role builds practical knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, processes, regulations, and market trends while working up to 29 hours per week.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to support team needs.Handle property searches and basic market analysis.Assist the business with daily tasks and general team requests.Respond to day‑to‑day inquiries and ensure issues are addressed.Work within established processes, systems, and procedures.Develop professional expertise through on‑the‑job training.Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues.Track project timelines and support deadline management.Generate monthly reports and support CRM updates, lead entry, and project codes.Support deal documentation and pipeline tracking, including budgets and deadlines.Build and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, flyers, tour books, and e‑blasts.Maintain branding, property data, maps, aerials, and listing information.Assist with pitches, proposals, client scheduling, tour logistics, and event coordination. Assist managers with department objectives.Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

Recent graduate or about to graduate in the Fall of 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or another related field.Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.Interest in a career path within BrokerageComfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to support daily tasks and presentations.Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.Organized and detail-oriented, being able to manage multiple tasks while staying focused and efficient.Team player with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and contributing to group efforts.A self-starter, who is reliable, and gets things done as efficiently as possiblePermanent US work authorization required.We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $20.82 - $21.00
