Job DescriptionThis position is a part of the Veolia Water Tech business level Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (QEHSS) staff focused on training activities. All responsibilities below are specific to the QEHSS department, but in partnership with a wide range of internal functional customers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and set priorities for a 3-5 person training team consisting of trainers, vendors and administrative professionals.Provide leadership for global QEHSS learning strategy and digital transformation initiativesDrive organizational change management through innovative learning solutions including virtual reality and emerging technologiesLead strategic partnerships with C-suite stakeholders across HR, IT, and QEHSSOversee global training operations and a multi-disciplinary team of professionalsSpearhead the implementation of next-generation Learning Management SystemConduct in person training globally for 6-8 weeks annuallyThis role requires 50% travel domestically across NAM and internationallyThis is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote for employees living within 50 miles of our location.QualificationsQualifications/Requirements
15+ years of progressive QEHSS leadership experienceAdvanced degree preferred (MBA, MS in Organizational Development or related field)Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiativesExecutive presence and demonstrated ability to influence at senior levelsGlobal leadership experience managing distributed teamsStrategic planning and execution expertiseDesired Characteristics

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually or hourly.
