Make a difference as an EHS & Sustainability Manager
As the EHS & Sustainability Manager at Ingredion’s Sikhiu Plant, you will lead the site’s environmental, health, safety, security, and sustainability (EHSS) strategy. This role ensures regulatory compliance, drives a world-class safety culture, and leads the implementation of ISO and company standards. You’ll be a key driver in reducing the site’s environmental footprint, managing risk, and enabling the success of sustainability and safety programs across the plant.

What you will do :

Lead EHSS performance by developing and implementing safety, environmental, health, and sustainability programs

Ensure compliance with Thai regulations and Ingredion’s internal EHS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GHPS, etc.)

Conduct risk assessments, process safety reviews, root cause investigations, and promote behavioral-based safety programs

Own site-level EHSS KPIs, lead audit processes, and manage external regulatory inspections

Drive the site’s sustainability roadmap with a focus on emissions, energy, and water usage

Manage site security and promote collaboration with government and community stakeholders

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance actions

Build EHSS awareness through training, communication, and coaching

What you will bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field

At least 8 years of experience in the chemical, food, or FMCG industry, with 4+ years in plant-level EHS leadership

Strong command of Thai EHSS laws and international standards (ISO 14001/45001)

Certified จป วิชาชีพ and registered as a head of safety unit (ผู้บริหารหน่วยงานความปลอดภัย)

Fluent in English and Thai, with excellent report writing and communication skills

Familiarity with audits, environmental permits, and sustainability reporting
