EHS Supervisor

In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **This exciting role offers opportunity to:** **What you’ll do:** This role will be responsible for Environment, Safety, Health protocol (EHS) management of plant in the planning, development, and implementation, to achieve EHS effectiveness for Site in respect of Eaton MESH requirement. Floor safety risk identify and prevention,supervision of employee safety behaviors. And part of role is for Regional Field Service EHS Supervisor by driving Eaton’s strategic safety initiatives and strengthening environmental, health, and safety practices across field operations for PDSS/CPC Field service in APAC. • Floor safety risk idetify and prevention, Improvement of employee safety behaviors, and implementation of corrective measures. • Maintain the EHS system in line with internal and external requirements, e.g. ISO45001/ISO14001/ /ISO50001/ Standardization System for Safety Production/EATON MESH. • Organize and deploy site EHS activities. Work with cross function team to drive site EHS culture to improvement. • Continuously identify, assess EHS risk, take action plan, drive cross function team and element champion to close the action plan on time to reduces/eliminates EHS risk • EHS training deployment. Encourage employee involvement in EHS activities. • Investigate the incidents, determine the root causes and track corrective action plans. • Identify and collect new legislations that affect our business, develop procedures to ensure compliance. • Plan to deal with emergency situations that could adversely impact the environment, employees, or the community. • Organize the physical examination and maintain the occupational health surveillance archives. • Regularly record, analyze and report EHS performance to Site & Corp EHS. • Deploy & follow up special project assigned by Site & Corp EHS. • Sustainibility deployment For Field Service role of PDSS/CPC Division: • Support the Regional Field Service EHS Manager in developing, maintaining, and achieving goals aligned with Eaton’s global Field Service EHS strategic initiatives. This includes setting objectives for field service managers, leadership teams, and front-line supervisors to strengthen EHS culture, compliance, and performance. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet field service EHS targets and objectives. • Manage and track all training for the field service team on local regulations & standards, and field service-related MESH requirements **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in environment/Safety engineering/ or related from an accredited institution. + At least 5 years working experiences EHS related. + Proficient in EHS management system. + Strong background in Power distribution systems and practical experience in power distribution field service work preferred. + Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, Strong training/mentoring skills, ability to influence others, promote safety culture, and thrive in a matrixed environment, negotiate between business / EHS priorities. + Good English both oral and written, MS Office.
