Master’s degree or higher in a science, engineering, or environmental health and safety (EHS) degree from an accredited institutionExperience in implementation of comprehensive EHS management systemsExperience with hazard and risk assessments and experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with ergonomics assessments of physical capabilities, needs, and limitations such as ErgoPrime or ErgoJAR in a manufacturing settingFamiliarity with state and federal laws including (e.g, OSHA, EPA, etc.)Employee benefits

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $60,000.00–$90,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
