Responsibilities:Facilitate and follow-up on actions from various functions and departments in EHS improvement activities, rectifications works and accident/incident investigations, contractor Permit-To-Work systemsPerform EHS inspections of the company operations to ensure compliance, and improvement of EHS improvementsIdentify and implement periodic EHS performance monitoring and measurements of the company’s EHS performance through proactive and reactive monitoring e.g. noise mapping, trade effluent, industrial hygiene and air emission monitoring.Lead and implement EHS improvement activities arising from Corporate EHS and site leadership directionsDrive a strong EHS culture across the organization by developing and executing awareness campaigns, training programs, and engagement initiativesMaintain EHS documentations required under the EHS management system e.g. Risk assessment, accident/incident records, chemical inventories, licenses and permits, SDS, etcEnsure that systems and procedures within the department are in compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Act, ISO14001 EMS, ISO45001 OH&SMS and ISO 22301 BCMSQualification:Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in an environmental, health sciences, industrial hygiene and chemical regulatory discipline.Experiences:
Registered Workplace, Safety and Health Officer – 2 to 5 yearsKnowledge of chemical substance regulations and EHS laws - 2 yearsWorking experience in manufacturing (e.g. Cleanroom environment would be an advantage)Certified Fire Safety ManagerInternal AuditingNoise Control Officer / Noise Monitoring OfficerBusiness Continuity PlanningWorking location: Gul Circle, SingaporeShuttle service is provided
Working hours: 8 am to 5.15pm
