Your Impact
Promotes and takes an active interest in generating safety awareness
Assists EHS Supervisor in planning and organizing safety initiatives & activities by understanding priorities and takes a proactive approach to execute on safety deliverables & activities
Continuously seeks to improve the culture of safety in the DC by adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
Effectively communicates with associates & leadership team both orally and in writing
Partners with leadership team to assist associates in sustaining a strong safety culture
Updates safety-related reporting & communication boards
Provides facilitation & support for safety training needs
Reviews DC processes and analyzes risks or hazards
Assists in facilitating safety team meetings
Possesses common knowledge of all DC systems, ensuring associates follow procedures and provides performance feedback to Supervisor
Ensure compliance regarding the storage and transportation of hazardous material
Complete incident reports & investigations and review with the leadership team
Offers support and guidance identifying root causes, preventative measure, and corrective action.
Support multiple operations/locations on campus

Minimum Salary: $20.50Maximum Salary: $26.88

QualificationsYour Experience
Exceptional attendance and performance record and ability to maintain those standards
Knowledge of PC’s and software and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and interact in a constructive manner with all levels of associates and leaders
Ability to prioritize a multitude of ongoing support projects and maintain an organized day- to-day schedule.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and assist in all areas, with passion around safety culture & associate engagement
