Manage implementation of EHS programs by operationalizing EHS partnering with leadership to ensure compliance with applicable laws, local regulations and GEHC policies.
EHS technical expertise in managing High Risk Operations; including LOTO (Lockout Tagout), Electrical, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), MOC (Management of Change), Risk Assessment, Emergency Preparedness, Radiation safety, etc.
Drive rigor and execution to EHS programs, EHS objectives & metrics integrate EHS in day to day operations.
Drive active EHS engagement & management of change.
Influence cross functional teams to operationalize and standardize EHS work practices
Lead incident investigations and drive closure of effective corrective/preventive actions.
Analyze trends and performance, provide routine feedback, and drive actions to improve performance
Interact with environmental, health and safety regulatory agencies as needed
Execute required actions to implement and operationalize a sustainable EHS management system (GEHC EHS Framework 2.0)
Drive EHS compliance and programs effectiveness through audits, process / equipment reviews and site inspections
Manage key performance Indicators (KPI) for the Site and drive necessary efforts to achieve them
Lead incident investigations and drive closure of effective corrective/preventive actions
Analyze trends and performance, provide routine feedback, and drive actions to improve performance
Assure 100% completion of training, audits and other compliance aspects throughout the organization
Experience with EHS aspects of chemical management or product stewardship and/or sustainability
Required QualificationsBachelors or Masters in Environmental Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Safety.
4+ years experience leading environmental and safety compliance programs in manufacturing environment
Familiar with incident investigation methodologies including 5-Why
Excellent communications skills
Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate and influence teams, drive change and interact cross functionally.

Expert knowledge of state and local regulations and codes/standards
